The breakfast showcased a delicious variety catering to different tastes.

I encountered several issues during my stay that left me disappointed. The check-in process took an unreasonable amount of time, and my room's cleanliness was far from satisfactory. it had a lingering bad odor and noticeable stains on the walls. Additionally, communication about amenities was lacking. I was incorrectly informed about the pool's availability and missed out on enjoying it during my stay.

I had a delightful experience at Hanoi Paon Hotel & Spa. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Old Quarter. The breakfast was varied and delicious, catering to both local and Western tastes. The roof pool provided a beautiful place to relax.

i had a fantastic stay with easy walking access to the temple of the jade mountain, just a few steps away, and vibrant local eateries like huong kieu seafood restaurant right around the corner, which made my city strolls even more enjoyable.
